We create an individual training program for the entire production plant for your company.
We also monitor and create shift plans / production plans for you up to a certain independence phase and train your shift leaders.
You will receive the pdf training book in English after delivery and before the start of the training course. If you wish, we can also produce the book in your desired language at an additional cost.
If you wish, we can provide you with professional staff for a minimum of 3 months, provides, visa support, salary and accommodation.
